	AMENDMENT OF THE PATENT OPPOSITION PROCEEDINGS From July 1^st, 2006, inter alia the following amendments of the german patent opposition proceedings are in force: The decision on oppositions is under competency of the GPTO again. Division of a patent is no more possible during opposition proceedings.
